I came up with the Soul-Body Paradox after a little soul-searching myself.
I came up with the Soul-Body Paradox after a little soul-searching of my own. Misaligned. Off course. Unfulfilled. And I didn't know what was wrong.
I got curious (and critical) about the shadow values in my work, the ways fitness and wellness spaces can perpetuate unhealthy ideals, promote stereotypes, and stoke insecurities. Once I identified the holes, I went in search of what could fill them.
I invested everything I had in learning trusted healing modalities. Coaching. Somatics. Hypnosis. Trauma work. Neurology. Belonging. Energy work. Intuitive movement. I began a lifelong journey toward healing the divide between my work, my personal life, and my sense of self.
Now, I'm committed to studying the mind, heart, body, and soul, and sharing frameworks for living a life that gives each the weight, attention, space, and connection they deserve.
